Primary member
Preferred name, full name, email, mobile, mailing address, and your preferred contact method — set once you sign in.
Preferred contact method & communication preferences — you choose, in Settings.
Spouse / Partner
Your partner can have their own sign-in as an authorized household member — their own credentials, their own device, their own view. Never a shared password.
Household permissions
Each household account carries a role — never shared logins.
Administrator
Can manage the entire household.
Adult Member
Can update designated household information.
Viewer
Can see family plans but not modify security-critical info.
